💼 About This Role

You'll own and improve operational systems that power how Promise serves customers and government partners. Your core impact will be automating repetitive work through better systems and tools, continually building yourself out of manual tasks. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in Delivery, Product, and Engineering to eliminate process inefficiencies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve operational systems for third-party tooling and user support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies.
• Build systems and tools that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Track and report operational metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, business systems, or a related technical or analytical role.
• Strong operational instincts and ability to diagnose and streamline workflows.
• Technical fluency using APIs, dashboards, or lightweight scripting to solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between business and technical teams.
