You'll drive revenue growth by guiding strategic customers through complex technical integrations at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering. You'll become an expert in API capabilities and quote-to-cash workflows to close deals and ensure successful implementations. This role offers the upside of an early-stage startup with proven product-market fit.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Guide strategic customers through technical integrations and evaluation.
- Serve as primary technical contact from presales through implementation.
- Gather technical feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Design workflows and manage live calls, emails, and documentation.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales or Solutions Engineer.
- Extensive experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Ability to communicate with both business executives and technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with sales tax compliance or billing integrations.
- Familiarity with subscription billing platforms like Stripe or NetSuite.
