Description

You will design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions for enterprise customers using Contentful Personalization, working hands-on with customer teams to architect end-to-end programs while serving as a domain authority in personalization and experimentation.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation with hands-on experience scaling programs in production
• Hands-on technical skills to implement personalization in composable architectures
• Experience with audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement
• Ability to design personalization delivery patterns across SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, and edge/CDN
• Strong communication skills to guide technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs including audience strategies, decisioning models, and experimentation frameworks
• Architect and implement personalization solutions using Contentful Personalization, including user identification, audience evaluation, and uplift measurement
• Integrate personalization with enterprise platforms such as CDPs, CRMs, and analytics tools
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer readiness and translate requirements into technical designs
• Enable customer teams through implementation workshops, code reviews, and operational runbooks
