You'll deliver exceptional customer support via phone and email, serving as the first point of contact for technical and non-technical inquiries. You'll investigate outage alerts and proactively communicate with customers, ensuring timely resolutions and consistent updates. This role offers shifts between 7AM and 7PM in a hybrid NYC environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Deliver support via phone and email, ensuring prompt responses.
- Serve as first point of contact for technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Address non-technical issues like account changes and billing.
- Investigate outage alerts and send proactive customer notifications.
📋 Requirements
- 1-3 years of direct customer-facing experience.
- Outstanding communication skills written and verbal.
- Intermediate technical acumen to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Asana, or Salesforce.
✨ Nice to Have
- Prior B2B support experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
- Helpdesk experience in service provider industry.
