💼 About This Role

You'll deliver exceptional customer support via phone and email, serving as the first point of contact for technical and non-technical inquiries. You'll investigate outage alerts and proactively communicate with customers, ensuring timely resolutions and consistent updates. This role offers shifts between 7AM and 7PM in a hybrid NYC environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Deliver support via phone and email, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Serve as first point of contact for technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Address non-technical issues like account changes and billing.
  • Investigate outage alerts and send proactive customer notifications.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of direct customer-facing experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills written and verbal.
  • Intermediate technical acumen to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Asana, or Salesforce.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior B2B support experience.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
  • Helpdesk experience in service provider industry.
