💼 About This Role

You'll be responsible for the physical build and maintenance of data center environments for Pico and its clients. You will work closely with network, systems, and project management teams to ensure prompt delivery of infrastructure projects. This role offers the chance to work in a small, highly skilled team with a strong focus on flexibility and problem-solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Rack and stack equipment
• Cable, label, terminate fiber or copper network cabling
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Perform cabinet/cage audits

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Telecommunications or Data Center related field
• In depth knowledge of Telecom structured cabling standards
• In depth knowledge of network device / server deployment
• In depth knowledge of DCO standards and operations

• Building Management System experience
• Branch Circuit Monitoring experience
• Mission Critical Data Centre Facility Maintenance experience
