You'll join a fast-growing software consultancy as an Outbound Sales Development Representative. You'll prospect and qualify leads for SaaS products serving first responders. This role offers remote work from Latin America with opportunities for growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new sales leads via cold calls, email, and social media.
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Set up meetings between prospects and sales executives.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
• Proven track record of achieving quotas and exceeding lead targets.
• Hunter's mentality with expertise in prospecting new accounts.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software.

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows.
• First responder experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
