Description

You will create engaging content to help customers and internal teams learn, adopt, and use Qualia's real estate technology platform. This includes writing help center articles, developing short-form videos and visual assets, and maintaining knowledge resources. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex product information into clear, user-friendly content.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, writing, enablement, training support, technical writing, or knowledge management in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to simplify complex information
• Experience with short-form video editing and basic graphic design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Seismic, Skilljar, Google Vids, or Adobe Premiere is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create and update written content across help center articles, internal knowledge resources, training materials, and enablement documentation
• Support development of short-form videos, tutorials, and simple multimedia assets
• Create basic visual assets, graphics, and presentation materials
• Partner with Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product teams to keep content accurate
• Review and revise content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and usability
