💼 About This Role

You'll build and extend critical components of client deliverables for UK Defence, applying rigorous engineering standards to complex AI solutions. Your work will directly enhance national security capabilities. You'll collaborate with senior technical leaders in a high-stakes environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and extend critical components of client deliverables
• Deliver robust technical artefacts in compiled and non-compiled languages
• Implement engineering patterns tailored for the Defence sector
• Collaborate with MLE and Data Science teams to refine solutions

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python with production experience
• Experience with Rust, C++, Go, C#, or Java in production codebases
• Hands-on experience with Docker and GitLab for deployment pipelines
• Ability to work on-site 2-4 days per week and obtain UK Security Clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and bare metal deployments
• Background in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
