Description

You will architect and lead Scout Motors' Sales Integrated Business Planning framework, connecting commercial strategy, industrial rigor, and financial planning across the enterprise. You'll drive executive planning rhythms, develop demand forecasting models, and champion planning systems to enable transparent, data-backed decisions as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading OEM sales forecasting or IBP in automotive or manufacturing
  • Proven ability to build planning capability from scratch
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and technical depth
  • Track record of cross-functional alignment in high-growth contexts
  • Experience influencing executive leadership and simplifying complexity

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design the end-to-end Sales Integrated Business Planning framework
  • Lead stakeholder alignment across Sales, Production, Finance, and Operations
  • Develop long-term demand forecasting models linking customer insights with supply capabilities
  • Define planning systems and tools, partnering with IT and data teams
  • Drive executive planning rhythms and incorporate market signals into forecasts
