💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the core analytics infrastructure for a fast-growing Web3 technology organization. You'll design end-to-end data systems that transform raw data into trusted insights used across the company. This role blends data engineering, analytics engineering, and platform ownership in a high-impact environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end analytics data pipelines including ingestion, transformation, and monitoring.
• Design and build scalable self-serve data products like curated datasets and dashboards.
• Implement data quality, observability, and reliability frameworks.
• Develop key business analytics for product, growth, and revenue metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and standardize KPIs and business logic.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar.
• Advanced SQL expertise including data modeling and query optimization.
• Strong Python skills for data pipelines and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
• Strong BI and dashboarding experience, preferably with Metabase.

• Experience with Web3 or blockchain data.
• Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools.
• Experience with operational and engineering data (logs, system metrics).
