You'll develop social-first concepts for brands like Pepsi and L'Oreal, directing our global Creator community to produce high-performing content. You'll act as the creative bridge between Strategists, Client Managers, and Motion Designers. This role offers the chance to stay ahead of platform trends and pitch directly to major enterprise clients.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Concept and direct social-first ad concepts for brand clients
  • Act as creative glue between Strategists, Client Managers, and Motion Designers
  • Brief and direct external Creator Community for UGC
  • Stay on top of platform trends (TikTok, Reels, Snap)

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 18 months of experience in creative industry or social content production
  • Social media expertise with TikTok, Meta, and Snap nuances
  • Portfolio demonstrating engaging social-first vertical video stories
  • Creative vision to concept across diverse brand categories

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience briefing UGC creators, Editors, or motion designers
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite and video production workflow
  • Experimenting with AI tools for ideation or production
