Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of insurance experience
- Ability to obtain Property Casualty Insurance License within 90 days
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Support new business and renewal underwriters, agents, customers, and internal staff
- Respond to agent inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Deliver high-quality customer service in daily servicing of new and renewal business
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence accurately and efficiently
- Maintain working knowledge of carrier coverage forms, automation systems, and eligibility requirements
