💼 About This Role

You'll lead health economics and outcomes research strategy for a fully remote role, driving product access and patient outcomes. Collaborate with Medical Affairs and commercial teams to execute value-based evidence plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design US medical communications strategy for product launches and lifecycle management.
• Define and execute publication strategies including manuscripts and congress presentations.
• Oversee development of scientifically accurate content across channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Clinical Development.
• Lead and mentor a team of medical writers and communication specialists.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related discipline (PhD, PharmD, MD preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 5 years in medical or scientific communications and publication planning.
• Strong understanding of medical affairs and regulatory environments.

• Experience in HEOR or health economics.
• Prior people management experience.
