You will deliver customer-centric, spatial, and retail strategic expertise for a top-tier technology client, bringing hardware and digital products to life through events, trade shows, pop-ups, and activations. You'll define how brands live in the real world and connect to the purchase journey, collaborating with creative and technical teams to create immersive experiences.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience (5+ in experiential marketing or retail strategy)
  • Based in the US (California or New York preferred)
  • Recent agency experience
  • Deep knowledge of consumer electronics/tech brands
  • Spatial awareness to identify user journeys from floor plans

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client objectives to design physical footprints for trade shows and retail pop-ups
  • Develop retail engagement strategies for consumer electronics
  • Analyze spatial user journeys to identify friction points and magic moments
  • Connect physical events to digital ecosystems for earned media and loyalty
  • Lead strategic narrative for new business pitches in experiential and retail
