Description

You will support large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects as a Project Manager. This role is instrumental in delivering first-generation programs as a General Contractor within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years of project management in construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Working knowledge of all aspects of construction industry practices and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated success leading a team through complex project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors ensuring clear communication.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, implement cost-control measures.
• Create project schedules, monitor progress, identify delays, implement strategies to meet deadlines.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans, including safety, legal, and financial risks.
