Description

You'll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, provide resources to those struggling with mental health, and champion Charlie Health's programs. This role involves field work 4-5 days/week to meet with patients, parents, and providers.

Requirements

• Based in Frederick, MD
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for local travel 4-5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Develop GTM strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Lead field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
