You'll drive ecosystem partner growth for Trust Wallet, the leading non-custodial crypto wallet. You'll close strategic partnerships with DeFi projects, protocols, and network validators. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, ecosystem development, and community-led growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, initiate, and close strategic partnerships with ecosystem projects.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with portfolio companies for integrations.
• Develop and execute BD strategies targeting regional crypto communities.
• Collaborate with product and marketing on co-marketing campaigns and GTM plans.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of BD or partnerships experience in crypto/Web3.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals driving user and revenue growth.
• Established network within Web3 ecosystem including dApps, protocols, and VCs.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required for coordination with overseas partners.
