• Organize and attend various hiring events.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes and interview plans.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels.

📋 Requirements

• Experience as an in-house recruiter in a tech environment.
• Deep understanding of the full technical recruiting lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of the software engineering landscape.
• Proven sourcing expertise including Boolean search.
