- Provide inbound call support in English and French
- Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly
- Conduct outbound calls to resolve requests
- Monitor live trips and address disruptions
๐ Requirements
- Fluent in both English and French
- 1-2 years of customer service or logistics coordination experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations
