Requirements

• 2-4 years in an analytical role (planning, buying, supply chain, or e-commerce)
• Strong comprehension of retail math and e-commerce metrics
• Proficient in SQL and Excel
• Comfort with AI tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance across key metrics (liquidity, active quantity, pricing, engagement) and surface trends
• Analyze sales, stock on-hand, and on-order to recommend style selections, unit allocations, and pricing strategies
• Conduct competitive intelligence research to identify emerging areas and maintain best-in-class assortment
• Monitor active supply metrics and track initiatives like SKU-based incentives
• Develop and optimize workflows using templates and AI tools
