You'll design and build educational content for Harvey Academy, making Harvey's AI-powered platform accessible to diverse customer audiences. You'll own course development from concept through delivery, applying adult learning principles. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate technical features into engaging learning experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate content plans into polished courses and learning paths for Harvey Academy.
• Produce high-quality instructional videos end-to-end, from scripting to editing.
• Design storyboards, scripts, and course outlines for complex technical concepts.
• Analyze learner feedback and content analytics to refine course effectiveness.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of instructional design experience for technical SaaS products.
• Proven experience in video production including scripting, filming, and editing.
• Strong writing skills with experience creating training materials across formats.
• Deep familiarity with adult learning theories and frameworks like ADDIE or SAM.

• Experience creating educational content for regulated industries (legal, financial, healthcare).
• Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Learning Sciences.
