🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead month-end close end-to-end for portfolio clients
• Delegate tasks to bookkeepers using documented workflows
• Review financial statements and reconciliations for accuracy
• Communicate with clients on their business and financial needs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of small business accounting experience
• Experience with accrual accounting, fixed assets, and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and accounting software
• Comfortable delegating and overseeing bookkeeping work
