💼 About This Role

You'll promote the first FDA-approved treatment for Rett syndrome, building relationships with healthcare providers and KOLs in a rare disease landscape. Your core impact is executing territory strategy to exceed sales goals while ensuring patient access to therapy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with HCPs and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused messages to target HCPs.
• Strategically plan and execute territory business plans to exceed goals.
• Analyze sales potential and optimize outreach within budget and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 5 years in specialty sales (rare diseases).
• Experience in CNS/neurology or pediatric neurology.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%).
