Description

As an Email Deliverability Consultant at Braze, you will work directly with customers to provide reporting, best practices, and recommendations to improve their email programs. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth teams to develop strategies that enhance customer and team performance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience providing deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand
• Competency in deliverability concepts and customer management skills
• Well-versed in industry best practices
• Success in identifying and remedying deliverability issues
• Ability to present findings in a meaningful, consumable format to customers

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental deliverability support to customers and internal teams
• Manage and prioritize incoming tickets for deliverability troubleshooting
• Carry and service a portfolio of assigned customers with paid Deliverability Services
• Conduct in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits into email sending practices
• Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and IP warming schedules
