💼 About This Role

You'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment and facilities systems at our Devens, MA campus. You'll ensure reliable operation of CNC machines, process ovens, and specialty equipment using a CMMS. You'll be part of a leading fusion energy company with a mission to deliver commercial fusion power.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment
• Support installation, relocation, or modification of manufacturing equipment
• Provide second shift maintenance coverage for buildings and facilities equipment
• Assist in developing maintenance procedures and schedules

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• 7 years experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing repair of complex equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical and electrical drawings

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma
• Forklift experience
• Crane or lifting experience
