💼 About This Role

You'll shape company-level product strategy for ClickUp's converged AI workspace. You'll own the hardest product decisions and prototype the future to make strategy concrete. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on building using AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape company-level product direction and own consequential decisions
• Define multi-year vision for converged workspace and AI
• Prototype ideas to make strategy concrete and testable
• Synthesize data, customer signals, and market trends
• Set standards and improve PM craft across the team

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in product management in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Deep experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes product decisions
• Ability to synthesize competing inputs into clear direction
• Demonstrated ability to build and evangelize product vision across teams

✨ Nice to Have

• History of raising the craft of other PMs
• Fluent in defining company-level metrics
• Deep command of AI tooling like Cursor, Claude Code
