As a Visual Merchandising Associate at Reformation, you will bring the brand's vision to life by maintaining high visual standards in-store, executing VM strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience, and ensuring timely product placement. You'll also support weekly walkthroughs and collaborate with store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate product presentation including dressing room outfits and mannequin dressing
• Complete Go Lives weekly following visual guidelines
• Oversee VM recovery efforts such as swapping low lines and moving slow sellers
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximize sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and fitting rooms
