This role combines strategic direction with operational excellence. You'll also champion the secure adoption of AI to enhance detection and response.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute Security Engineering & Operations strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build, lead, and develop a multidisciplinary security team.
• Oversee security operations, product security, cloud security, and IAM.
• Embed secure-by-design principles into product development.
• Drive risk-based prioritisation in a fast-moving commercial environment.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading Security Engineering or Operations in product-led environments.
• Strong technical background across security ops, appsec, cloud sec, and IAM.
• Ability to balance security, commercial priorities, and delivery pace.
• Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
