💼 About This Role

You'll own data infrastructure powering Arbor's intelligent electricity marketplace. You'll build and maintain pipelines from GCP into Snowflake using dbt, delivering analytics for pricing and marketplace decisions. This high-impact role offers real ownership over data evolution on a lean, fast-moving team with an AI-first development mindset.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain data pipeline infrastructure using Fivetran and custom pipelines.
• Own dbt transformation layer end-to-end modeling energy market data.
• Deliver analytics on rate monitoring, supplier pricing, and customer switching.
• Build Hex dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering at high-growth startup.
• Strong dbt fundamentals with testable, documented models.
• Solid SQL proficiency; Python is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake schema design and performance tuning.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GCP data services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub).
• Comfort building dashboards in Hex, Looker, or similar.
• Curiosity about energy markets or regulated industry.
