๐ผ About This Role
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for all employee leave inquiries, administering leaves such as FMLA, state leave laws, and disability programs. You'll coordinate with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure a smooth leave process and compliance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as point of contact for leave inquiries
- Administer FMLA, state leaves, STD, LTD, military leave
- Coordinate with employees, managers, healthcare providers, TPAs
- Partner with Payroll for accurate pay during leaves
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in leave administration
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, disability programs
- Experience with HRIS and leave management systems
