💼 About This Role

You'll lead retention, engagement, and monetization for ABCmouse's consumer experience, owning core product systems that drive long-term customer value. You'll optimize onboarding and engagement loops to improve key metrics like retention and conversion in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and improve key growth metrics (D1/D7 retention, D30 subscription rate, ARPU, LTV).
  • Design and optimize core product loops for repeat usage and habit formation.
  • Drive monetization strategy including subscription and IAP experiences.
  • Define and execute A/B testing roadmap across onboarding, engagement, and monetization.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management in consumer digital products (mobile or web).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on retention or engagement metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and experiments.
  • Experience running A/B tests and building experimentation roadmaps.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in subscription-based or free-to-play F2P products with conversion focus.
  • Background in mobile games, edtech, or consumer apps with engagement loops.
  • Experience optimizing onboarding or activation funnels.
