💼 About This Role

You'll become the technical backbone of our CRM ecosystem at a fast-growing vacation rental platform. You'll own post-subscription infrastructure, lifecycle automation, and data plumbing to drive retention and expansion, sitting at the intersection of Tech, Marketing, and Sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical architecture of HubSpot CRM stack
• Build automated lifecycle workflows and data contracts
• Design and integrate email, in-product, and outbound comms flows
• Enforce tracking, tagging, and database integrity standards

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a CRM Engineer or MarTech Engineer in B2B SaaS
• Deep hands-on HubSpot experience with APIs, custom objects, workflows
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization and deliverability
• Strong skills in REST APIs, SQL, and a scripting language like Python or JavaScript

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, Braze, or Segment
• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
