💼 About This Role

You'll lead operational development of a uranium enrichment facility, from concept through commissioning and startup. Your work will support pilot-scale testing and translate engineering designs into safe plant operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of facility Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
• Support R&D and pilot-scale enrichment operations.
• Translate engineering designs into operating procedures.
• Act as Lead Operator during commissioning and startup.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in uranium enrichment or similar high-hazard facility
• Direct operational experience with UF6 handling systems
• Experience with commissioning or startup of regulated facilities
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and engineering documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in UF6 enrichment facilities
• Prior involvement in pilot-scale testing or first-of-a-kind startup
• Experience developing CONOPS for new nuclear facilities
