You'll define technical direction, lead cloud-native architecture modernization, and drive adoption of Generative AI to improve developer productivity. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve architecture of large-scale, mission-critical lab systems.
• Lead migration from legacy LIMS to cloud-native platforms.
• Mentor senior engineers through design reviews and technical guidance.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI to improve developer productivity.

📋 Requirements

• 12-15+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience with Python, Java, NextJS, TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL preferred).
• Proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Glue).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building custom LIMS or Laboratory Execution Systems.
• Experience with Lab Equipment and Lab Automation.
