Description

As a Compliance Analyst at Modulr, you will help manage compliance processes, support first-line teams, scan for regulatory changes, and ensure accurate regulatory reporting. You'll work within the Second Line Risk and Compliance team in Amsterdam, contributing to a strong compliance culture and engaging with regulators.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in a compliance role in financial institution or consultancy
• Experience engaging with regulators and supervisory authorities
• Strong understanding of AML/FT frameworks within a second-line environment
• Ability to interpret regulation into actionable guidance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day compliance operations and provide guidance to first-line teams
• Support identification, assessment, and treatment of compliance risks
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact
• Own regulatory reporting obligations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Provide second-line oversight and challenge across AML/FT frameworks
