💼 About This Role

You'll provide rehabilitative therapy to geriatric patients in Senior Living Communities, helping them maintain independence. You'll join a multi-disciplinary team that delivers skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. Prior home health experience is preferred but not required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements on mobility, balance, and strength
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual therapeutic exercises
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care activities
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
