💼 About This Role

You'll lead compliance and AML/CTF activities for Owl Payments Europe, a regulated payments institution under Tripadvisor. You'll report to the CEO and Board, ensuring robust regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization. This role is subject to Central Bank of Ireland fitness and probity standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare quarterly/annual compliance reports for the Board and senior management.
• Develop and maintain compliance governance framework, risk assessments, and monitoring programs.
• Liaise with Central Bank of Ireland on regulatory submissions and supervisory matters.
• Oversee identification, assessment, and management of compliance, AML, and CFT risks.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of senior compliance experience in financial industry, preferably fintech/payments.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance issues for payment institutions (PSD2, AML/CFT).
• Proven ability to maintain Fitness and Probity Standards as defined by Central Bank of Ireland.
• Experience building strong working relationships with regulators, partners, and board level.
