You'll drive growth and retention for a product people love, helping Fortune 500 companies and individuals alike. You'll partner with customers to build AI-powered workflows that solve their specific problems. As an early member of the team, you'll help define and scale Customer Success at Notion.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own post-sale customer lifecycle including onboarding, AI adoption, and renewal
  • Develop success plans to help customers achieve desired objectives
  • Lead AI workshops to build and deploy workflows
  • Conduct business reviews with senior stakeholders

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience driving end-to-end customer journey from adoption to renewal
  • Strong discovery skills to uncover customer challenges
  • Ability to articulate value to senior audiences

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience using Notion at a past or current company
  • Experience with technical product and multiple commercial models
  • Been a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup
