You'll drive growth and retention for a product people love, helping Fortune 500 companies and individuals alike. You'll partner with customers to build AI-powered workflows that solve their specific problems. As an early member of the team, you'll help define and scale Customer Success at Notion.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own post-sale customer lifecycle including onboarding, AI adoption, and renewal
- Develop success plans to help customers achieve desired objectives
- Lead AI workshops to build and deploy workflows
- Conduct business reviews with senior stakeholders
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience driving end-to-end customer journey from adoption to renewal
- Strong discovery skills to uncover customer challenges
- Ability to articulate value to senior audiences
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience using Notion at a past or current company
- Experience with technical product and multiple commercial models
- Been a first or early hire at a fast-growing startup
