🎯 What You'll Do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
- Develop data-driven sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent pools.
- Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Manage offer process including compensation negotiation and candidate experience.
📋 Requirements
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring GTM/Corporate talent.
- Proven ability to work with executives and senior leaders.
- High accuracy with Applicant Tracking System and offer processes.
- Skilled in negotiating offers and managing complex candidate scenarios.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Ashby.
