You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM and Corporate roles at a fintech company. You'll partner with hiring managers to define strategies and attract top talent. This hybrid role offers the chance to work in San Francisco with a global leader in payments.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
  • Develop data-driven sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent pools.
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Manage offer process including compensation negotiation and candidate experience.

📋 Requirements

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring GTM/Corporate talent.
  • Proven ability to work with executives and senior leaders.
  • High accuracy with Applicant Tracking System and offer processes.
  • Skilled in negotiating offers and managing complex candidate scenarios.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ashby.
