Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field
• 5+ years in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or events management
• Proven ability to design and deliver multi-channel campaigns and events
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies

Responsibilities

• Lead employer brand campaigns supporting hiring and culture storytelling
• Plan and manage events including career fairs, conferences, and internal activations
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Internal Communications
• Develop storytelling to translate EVP into engaging narratives
• Monitor campaign effectiveness with metrics and provide insights
