• Train and coach stylists to deliver best-in-class client experience
• Own key metrics and meet daily, weekly, monthly goals
• Manage shift scheduling, schedule compliance, and timesheet approvals
• Assess candidate stylists, conduct interviews, and scale team

📋 Requirements

• Led large remote teams of greater than 20 direct reports
• Strong analytical background with Google Sheets/Excel pivot tables and vlookup
• Thrive in fast-paced environments pushing for continuous improvement
• Able to switch between strategic planning and tactical execution

• Experience in e-commerce or retail styling
• Background in training program design
