💼 About This Role

You'll own Wunderflats' public presence across social media and review platforms, engaging customers and amplifying content. Your work will directly strengthen brand trust and drive demand growth by bringing structure and strategy to online reputation. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic influence, reporting to the CMO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage social media presence across platforms and review sites
• Engage with customers through comments and community discussions
• Distribute and amplify content to support brand visibility
• Monitor sentiment and report insights to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of social media management for a consumer brand
• Experience handling online reviews and public reputation
• Strong written communication skills with brand voice
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools for scaling workflows

• Experience with SEO, PR, or brand visibility
• Experience managing online communities or forums
• German, French, or Spanish language skills
