Description

You will represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, child custody, and property division. Draft legal documents, conduct research, attend court hearings, and collaborate with support staff to manage cases efficiently.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to state bar and in good standing
• 2-7 years of experience in family law litigation
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law changes
• Attend court hearings and trials, present cases effectively
• Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the process
