You'll handle customer support queries for Moss's spend management platform, acting as the first point of contact and taking on selected Second Level Support cases with deeper investigations. Your insights will directly shape product improvements in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email
  • Channel customer insights to the product team
  • Optimize internal processes with the team
  • Take ownership of Second Level Support cases

📋 Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Fluent in German and English (both C1 level)
