🎯 What You'll Do

• Achieve collection targets for the assigned area
• Control flow cases and focus on non-starters
• Ensure adequate feet-on-street availability bucket-wise
• Monitor performance and conduct weekly reviews with Collection Executives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Collections role
• People management skills with ability to handle large teams
• Negotiation skills and strong bias for results
• Working knowledge of computers
