• Evaluate patients for strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Deliver care at assisted living locations with independence
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state license to practice PT
• Interest in working with the senior population
