Description

You will manage lab operations and contribute to biological research at a seed-stage drug discovery company pioneering induced proximity medicines. Your work supports the development of novel therapeutics for previously undruggable targets.

Requirements

• Strong skills in lab operations, management, and cell/molecular biology
• Demonstrated experience in all three areas
• High agency, initiative, and independence
• Enthusiasm for drug discovery and startup environment
• Ability to stick with complex problems long-term

Responsibilities

• Maintain lab stocks, inventories, and orders
• Register and prepare compound stocks, buffers, and media
• Manage procurement and equipment acquisition
• Assist with maintaining cell lines and performing cell-based assays
• Train or coordinate training of new members on assays
