• Lead design and delivery of complex lending platform projects
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive hyper-optimization of lending systems for scale
• Mentor engineers on architecture and best practices

📋 Requirements

• Deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems
• Strong full-stack skills with backend architecture and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience designing systems with reliability and security in regulated finance
• Track record of influencing architecture and product direction

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in payments, lending, or consumer finance domains
• Familiarity with Node, TypeScript, NestJS, Kubernetes, AWS
• Experience with React Native
