• Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps with business leaders
• Support performance evaluations and career path development
• Conduct employee relations investigations and advise managers
• Lead change management initiatives and communication plans

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience
• Experience supporting production or distribution environments
• Experience with large populations of hourly employees

✨ Nice to Have

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
• Experience in union environments
