💼 About This Role

You'll join the APAC Legal team in Singapore as Commercial Counsel, partnering with sales to structure and negotiate agreements for AI solutions. You'll drive regional growth while ensuring compliance with evolving AI regulations. This role offers the chance to shape the AI legal landscape and work with a pioneering company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts including MSAs and DPAs.
• Collaborate with sales, engineers, and finance on commercial and compliance matters.
• Provide legal guidance on AI-related regulatory developments in APAC.
• Deliver training and support to the regional team on legal and compliance issues.

📋 Requirements

• LLB, LLM, or Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience including technology transactions.
• 5+ years in-house experience at tech companies covering Asia, Japan, Australia, NZ.
• Experience negotiating public sector contracts.
